Since changing URL from .com to .co.uk we can no longer see elements within our cornerstone editor.

The website in question is https://www.livingmatcha.co.uk

When I edit a page, the HTML and ‘Visual’ fields are both populated, and I can still see the correct elements on the frontend website itself.

However, when I open cornerstone, I get a warning that all changes will be lost, then there are no elements displayed in cornerstone itself. It looks like a brand new, blank page.

Of course this is problematic… we want to be able to edit / update our existing pages.

I have contacted our host on the matter (Fatcow) and they said:

“It appears to be issue with the plugin settings/setup. I suggest you to please refer the support forum of Cornerstone plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/cornerstone and seek advise from users. There is no server side issue found at our end.”

    Please can anybody help?

Is there any more information I can provide that would be useful?

We are running X Theme, hosted on Fatcow.

To emphasise, the problem began when we switched from .com to .co.uk

Hi, looks like your host gave you the wrong link to the “Cornerstone” plugin you’re having a problem with. This might be the plugin you are referring to: https://theme.co/cornerstone/

Closing this ticket as it is unrelated to this particular plugin.
