Content not updating

  • The above link is one of several pages where I’m using a Content Views Grid. It looks OK… but when I make an edit to one of the posts, it takes 30 minutes or more for the updated post to show up on the front end.

    Steps I’ve taken to troubleshoot: using different browsers/devices to preview pages, and cleared browser caches, blocked a caching plugin from caching the posts or pages that are using Content Views Grid.

    I’m going talk with the hosting company… but is there some setting within Content Views plugin that would slow front end updates?

    Next time when you edit a post, please edit this view “f92d4dc7wa”, then check its Preview output.
    Does the Preview show the updated post?

    1. If the Preview shows the updated post, then it is definitely a caching issue of the Hosting (if you don’t use any Cache plugin).

    2. If the Preview still shows the old post, please let us know.
