Content of 1st Custom Post Type into Another

  • I just ran into this awful situation.
    My theme supports portfolio custom post type. I’ve customized portfolio template according to my needs and added all the products in portfolio section.

    Now i need to add woocommerce plugin and all the ecommerce things for my portfolio.

    Can’t just delete all the portfolio items and add in wocommerce product category and start from 0 again. I have around 5k products.

    Is there any way i can add all the portfolio posts into Wocommerce product posts. (I will add the product details later.)
