  • Not seeing there is a specific hook to allow for that sort of custom text place into the edit.php pages. And you probably don’t want to hack the core code. Maybe creating a custom post type and going the route of creating a completely custom edit page for that?

    Interested to see how this one turns out for you.

    Just out of curiosity, what is it you are planning to insert–the text–on these pages?

    Just telling other admins keycodes to use. Is there a plugin to add like editable notice bars in the admin?

    Ahhh, have you looked at using “Peter’s Post Notes“? I love it, use it all the time, even just for my own reminders and benefit (I don’t have other admins on my sites).

    And on one client site, I use Peter’s Post Notes with “Peter’s Collaboration Emails“.

    Maybe one of both of those will get you to the functionality you’re striving for without the complication of hacking cored code? Hope so!
