Content on shortcode page not showing

  • Just installed wp-knowlegebase 1.1.1. The knowledgebase page was created containing the shortcode [kbe_knowledgebase]. I added text to the page using the visual editor.

    However, none of my added text is displayed. Only the page title and search box are shown.

    I saw a similar question on this forum previously that suggested that the theme may be interfering. I changed my theme to the default Twenty Fifteen, but still the added text is not displayed.

    Any suggestions on what the problem might be?
