You have a landing page up. But have you asked your hosting company – this sounds more like a server issue.

What did your hosting company say? WordPress cannot delete content like that. Or perhaps your site has been hacked?

Can’t see anything, BTW, you still have a landing page.

What’s the best idea? Upload my backup again, and changed security for my cpanel?

my latest error log. then site gets corrupted, images got deleted in content/uploads, theme automatically goes to default WP theme. Tried deeactivating plugin, switched to default WP theme, pages, content and images are still not showing.

Is this a script problem? Because before, there are some syntax error then talked to theme support they said they’ve fixed the issue?

Or is it a hacked site? Checked site to sucuri, no issues.

This issue is giving me a superb headache.

BTW, uploaded the backup again, deleted .htaccess. Also talked to hosting they said it’s the script.

Hmm, that situation doesn’t sound very good, but I really don’t know the answer to it, sorry. I’ve never heard of the theme you are using – it’s called “help” ?

Since it sounds like your content is what is disappearing, that would be something going on with the database – did you ask your hosts about that part of it?

You could also try installing another instance of WP in a subdirectory and move your content there – and see if the same thing happens.

Also, no hack/malware scanner is perfect, so it’s still possible that your site has been hacked – you might want to go through these resources:

Why not give another theme a try just for a test to see if a different theme has these same problems.

Do you know where this theme was purchased? Is it possible to download a fresh copy?

Help NGO theme from themeforest (extracoding). Yep talked to my host about that. They said script has issue, but content are getting deleted and not all posts are in the database. Whenever I talked to the theme support, they always see the site that I’ve already uploaded the backup so they’re saying there’s no issue with the script. Then after a few days it’s being broken again. I’m confused if it’s a server issue or still the script. Okay will try your suggestion.

BTW, my hosting is just a cheap reseller hosting, based here locally.So I’m not sure if they really know what to do with that kind of issue.
