    Hello!

Strange issue I am facing and I’m stumped on where else to look. I have a live and a dev site. We use The Events Calendar and Members plugin. We use the Content Permissions feature of Members for certain pages.

My dev and live sites are copies of each other… there are likely some newer content changes on the live site compared to dev, but otherwise they are the same. I did a database restore to dev just last week.

On the live site: https://neonet.org/events – this page is getting blocked by Content Permissions. However, as this page is generated dynamically by The Events Calendar plugin, I don’t have a means to set content permissions on it.

On the dev site: https://dev.neonet.org/events it loads just fine.

Any thoughts on where else I can look that would be applying content permissions to /events/ ?

    Appreciate any insight, thanks!

    Hello again,

Adding some more details to this, I have some users reporting that even when they are logged in, and I’m confirming they have subscriber role, they are still being denied access to this Calendar page. I’m a bit stuck as the issue is caught between two plugins. As there is no way for me, that I can find, to set permissions on the calendar (/events/), somehow that page is getting picked up and blocked to all users by Members plugin. In some cases, even if the person is logged in, it is also blocking their access as well.

Can you think of any additional steps I can try to diagnose where that is happening?

    Thanks!

And magically, this issue seems to have self corrected itself.
