Paid Memberships Pro is working great on my site, with one very frustrating exclusion:

There’s one page that keeps coming up with the “Currently for paying subscribers only. Please register or log in on top bar.” and hiding the content, but this page should be available to everyone, registered or not. None of the membership boxes have been checked, and this is the only page on the site with this problem.

Is there a way to manually tell PMP to let a particular page’s content be unrestricted? I’ve been working at this for hours and cannot find where in the plugin or theme code that is making this happen.

  • Hi KuriLissa,

I can think of a few of possibilities for what may have occurred here.

1.) Perhaps the page in question has the same ID # in the database as another page that is locked down to members?
2.) The values are set in the database but are not reported in the PMPro meta box.
3.) Custom code that you may have implemented that could be altering the default functionality of PMPro.
    4.) Another glitch/bug in PMpro.

If you can provide us with any other details as to how this came about, that’d be a great help. Also, if you can check on any of the above and let us know if the issue is caused by one of those, that would help.

Perhaps a quick work-around would be to create a new page, copy the contents from the old page to the new page and then remove the old page.

    Thank You
