In my post or pages – I used to be able to see the profile builder content restriction settings for each page- now they are on the right sidebar in wordpress editing and not completely visible without awkwardly scrolling left and right and radial buttons hard to get used to in terms of whether radial applies to item above or below since all the scrolling necessary.

Radial buttons apply to the settings “display for” – type of user -have to scroll to see who you are trying to restrict -VERY AWKWARD

Is this a wordpress update? Is there a way to make the right sidebar wider? A way to get the content restriction settings back on the bottom of the page instead of in a sidebar? Thank you

  • Hello @imdunn

Here’s what I see on my test rig:

In other words, I can not reproduce the problem that you are describing, not are other users reporting it.

Since this looks a lot like a conflict with some other code, the next recommended step is the conflict test:

??*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    With best regards,
    Gabriel

I have tried with 2020 themeand with plugins disabled – the view from your screenshot is what i used to have – but then a wordpress update or soemthing seemed to change so I only get the content restriction on the right side of the screen and have to scroll to utilise – someone mentioned i could drag it back to the bottom but i don’t see a way -is there a new featurein wordpress that customises where developer stuff appears?

That looks weird indeed. I have tried to replicate it but I’m not really sure what could cause it. The only thing I can think of is to make sure you have the latest versions available.

I’ll consult with out dev team to see if there’s anything we can do there, but for now I don’t have a solution.
