    How to prevent non-admin users from seeing the Content Restriction option when creating a new post?

    You can try this code snippet:

    add_action( 'admin_head', function(){

if(! current_user_can('administrator')){
    
        remove_meta_box( 'um-admin-restrict-content', 'post','normal');
    }

} );
