• As laid out in your documentation, I entered the following code into my visual entry window. When I view the page from any role (Member, Full, or Admin), I get a page with my header, title, footer, and no body content. The shortcodes are concealing everything at all times. I did a conflict test and nothing cleared up the issue.

    [um_show_content roles=’Member’] Member Content[/um_show_content]
    [um_show_content roles=’Full’] Full Content [/um_show_content]

I also tried the fix for “Ultimate Member pages are blank/do not appear” with no luck.

    Hi @ncp562,

What version of the Ultimate member you have installed?
Do you have any custom page editor e.g Visual composer etc.?

    Regards.

I have version 1.3.88. No, I’m using the standard wordpress page editor. Do I need the private content plugin for this shortcode to work?

I switched the logic setup such that I was using the not shortcodes instead of the roles shortcode and it worked. So I think something is wrong with the roles shortcodes.

I had this problem in the past, too. Try using all lowercase letters for the role name inside the quotes for the shortcode.

    Best,
    Rob
