    Hi,

I’ve used this plugin before on other clients websites, and when I’ve installed the free version on a another website using the same method as previous the content restriction options are not showing for the individual pages, therefore I can’t restrict a page.

Screenshot here: https://i.postimg.cc/kMKDP5LF/temp-Image3k-Ad-PT.avif, I’ve looked at screen options to see if it just needs ticking on, but nothing. I’ve downgraded the plugin and still nothing is showing.

Has anyone come across this before?

    Thanks.

    Hi @voltac,

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and send a full screenshot with everything you have installed related to Paid Member Subscriptions (make sure the plugin version can be seen)?

    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> edit the page where you encounter this issue while using the default WordPress editor (for example the default Gutenberg Editor) -> and now send a full screenshot from there (please make sure that all meta boxes from the bottom of the page can be seen)?

    3. Regarding the Screen Options from that page -> please click on those options and send a screenshot from there where it can be seen the screen options you have enabled.

    Hello,

thank you for your reply, screenshots as requested below:

    2 – WP Bakery editor – https://i.postimg.cc/rzX2g1Cq/temp-Imageu-QX7-FH.avif

    2 – Classic mode editor – https://i.postimg.cc/1z5XpS3J/temp-Imagefz-Gxw-J.avif

3 – Screen options for the page I want to edit – https://i.postimg.cc/7Pg4Ycx6/temp-Images-Fzo-AG.avif

We have other websites using this plugin with no issues, so not sure why this one is causing the ‘content restrictions’ option not to appear.

    Thanks for taking a look.

    Volta.

    Hi @voltac,

Since this might be a conflict with some other?code?or?plugin?from your site, the next recommended step is the conflict test (ideally in a staging environment):

Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Important:?Please do the conflict test on a test site, not on the live site.

Another important thing on the?staging/testing?site when it comes to our plugin, is that you need to activate?Test Mode?(from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> Payments page), and you also need to deactivate all the emails from our plugin (from Paid Member Subscriptions -> Settings -> E-Mails -> and toggle off all the emails).

    Hello

I’ve deactivated the theme and plugins, and the content restriction has reappeared. I’ve then reactivated the plugins and the content restriction options has stayed. BUT… I’ve reactived the theme we are using and it’s gone again. So it’s a theme issue.

Do I need to get in touch with the developer of the theme? How do we get this plugin to work with the theme?

    Thanks.

Could you please let us know the name of this theme? Also, is this a?free?theme that can be downloaded from the WordPress Repository?

    Hi @voltac,

Due to the situation you are facing with this specific theme my suggestion is to open a ticket on our website https://www.cozmoslabs.com/support/open-ticket/ (for example as a pre-sale question) as we will have to investigate in detail this issue. Please also point out that you have already contacted us on the WordPress forum and add a link to the conversation in the ticket you will create.

    Best regards,
