Content Show/Hide Plugin

For those of you out there who have used the Content Show/Hide with Javascript plugin by Jennifer (the Scripty Goddess) that modifies the [more] tag in your post, I have made a few modifications to this. I have made the messages visible to the reader customizable via the Admin Panel; you are no longer limited to “Read more”, “Read more right here…” and “Hide”.
