Content Slider for Recent Posts Doesn't Work/Crappy Support

First off, this is a really cool theme but it just doesn’t work well. I have the content slider set for Recent Posts and while it shows the post info on each transition, it doesn’t show any images. I have tried to figure it out on my own and I have posted FIVE times to their support forum and not once got a reply that was the least bit helpful. If this is the kind of support they offer then these folks will not be getting any money from me. If what they are implying is that they don’t give you good support unless you pay them, DON’T MAKE IT A FREE THEME.

It’s really sad because I really like this theme but because of my terrible experience with their support, I would NEVER recommend any themes by this company to anyone.
