I am also having issues where the content ticker doesn’t change posts. I noticed that it was fixed for someone else but the answer as to what fixed it was not posted. I put an example on my front page so you can see it.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @tolodine

    Thanks for sharing the link.
I checked the site and I can see that there are two instances of “Swiper Slider JS” loading on the page. We use Swiper Slider for the content ticker and rely on the script that comes bundled with Elementor.

The second script is loading from “Elementor Addon Elements”.
Can you please try to disable the plugin and see if that resolves the issue?

Ideally, it shouldn’t load another instance of the same script which is available with Elementor.

    Thanks
    Puneet S.

That didn’t seem to fix it. I appreciate any help you can give. It is great plugin and I want to use it. It looks like the JS file is getting loading after your plugin instead of before.

Hi there @ideaboxcreations I have removed your request for admin credentials, that’s not allowed here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#the-bad-stuff

If you have any questions about that, please feel free to contact plugins (at) wordpress (dot) org

    Thanks @macmanx

I checked the guidelines and I am sorry for sharing the email address.
Just to clarify, I didn’t request admin credentials. I requested the user to set up an admin account for the given email address.

May I ask what will be the right approach to check the issue on the user’s website when it’s a possible plugin conflict that we are unable to reproduce on our end?

    Thanks.

    That’s literally the same thing.

May I ask what will be the right approach to check the issue on the user’s website when it’s a possible plugin conflict that we are unable to reproduce on our end?

What everyone else does for that is first ask if the issue can be reproduced when this is the only active plugin. If not, reactivate each plugin until the conflicting one is found.

Then, you can work on your end to reproduce it with the conflicting plugin.

    Hi @tolodine

Can you please try deactivating all other plugins except Elementor and PowerPack to see if that resolves the issue?

After this, you can activate plugins one by one let us know where it breaks.
