Content to fill 3 columns, header

    Hey everyone, I’m trying to move my site from blogger to wordpress. Can somebody please help me figure out to have my three columns fill up.

    the links that need to occupy the right and left columns are showing up on the bottom. Also, how can i remove the ‘skip to content” and “about” removed along with the grey block?
