Content visible or screen just refreshes

I don’t have any idea where to begin with this. I seem to have a myriad of problems all of the sudden. Perhaps it came with my WordPress upgrade and I just failed to notice the issues. If I actually get the password box to show up after deleting my browsing history, I cannot get the content to show after entering the correct password regardless of the number of times I try. I get no error the page just seems to refresh.

Other times, I cannot get the password box to display at all unless I enclose using [sd][/sd] which also appears on the page and so all my content is readily visible. None of this is making sense to me. I have tried using both the global and inline passwords. Anyone out there experiencing issues like this? It’s maddening.
