    Hi there,

I created my landing page using Elementor.

Recently I got an error in Google Search Console that says “content is wider than screen”, making my site unfriendly to mobile devices. I noticed there is a standard size for mobile templates but that doesn’t comply with all of them. I tried to modify settings, resize, add padding, but the problem is still there. It seems like I can’t find a solution for the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • I don’t see anything causing horizontal scroll on the home page. Does Google give any other information to you?

@cavalierlife thank you for your reply.

I’ve seen some restrictions for Googlebot, a list of links that couldn’t be read. I tested my homepage as well, I know there was nothing that would cause the horizontal scroll.
So I deactivated Elementor, replaced tha page with a simple one created in WordPress and applied for review. I am waiting for the results.

Seems like creating a regular page in WordPress editor did the trick. The fix was validated after the deactivation of Elementor.
