Content/Events won't display unless logged in

The event and content that should be there aren’t showing. I can see them when logged in.

There should be a test event and a image in a text widget on the right hand side.

Solved. The super cache plug in was deactivated but it was actually still working. I deleted the plug in files and it sorted it.

Yeah super cache looks like it does this kind of jokes, who knows why ??
