What is pre-loader?

There is a loading icon on the website. It loads for a second or 2, after which the main content loads.

Please, remove the mentioned section.

Removed clock icon. Still same issue.

ether with “Website caching” set to OFF – is not loading.

You are using an old version of 10Web Booster. Will you please update the plugin to unlock Settings section of 10Web Dashboard?

After updating the plugin, will you please kindly send us a screenshot / recording of the issue you are facing? The listings seem to be working with no issues on our side.

Hi, Looks good because 10webBooster is set to test mode.

Can’t leave website to ON mode. Will not load.

We apologize for the wait. We are extremely sorry to hear about you issue and would be very glad to assist you, however to proceed we will need Booster to be enabled on your website and the website connected to 10Web Dashboard – it can be done in Test Mode. When the Test Mode is enabled, your live website will return to its original state, deactivating any optimization done by the booster and reversing any issues caused by the 10Web Booster.

To enable the test mode:

1. Log in to your 10Web account
2. Click on the website where you want to enable the test mode
3. To the left of the dashboard under Website Booster click on Frontend > Settings tab
4. In the Test Mode section, click the toggle
5. Click on Enable to activate

Once done, please kindly let us know so our team could troubleshoot your problem ASAP,
