Contextual Related Posts not showing at end of posts

  • I have “Posts” checked under “Automatically add related posts to” but I’m not seeing the related posts show up at the end of my posts. I also have -1 entered for ‘insert after paragraph number’. Can you help?

    This usually happens due to two reasons: there is a missing the_content in your theme which is less likely unless it’s something very custom built and doesn’t call that.

    The other reason is that it can’t find posts which could also be due to an issue with FULLTEXT tables.

    To test the first, you’d need to temporarily switch to another theme like Twenty Twenty.
