Continually stalls, unable to uninstall.

I have tried several times, debug mode, and this plugin hangs at different intervals (had it hang at about 12 posts, 68, 173, and right now 98.

I have removed all images created, all posts created, nothing left in trash (as recommended here) and this still happens.

The best results have been with these settings:

Import to Post-Type: post
Imported posts status: draft
Assign posts to an existing user: (me)
Save photo hashtags as taxonomy terms (tags, categories, etc): tags
Select Imported Posts Format: standard

This plugin also will not uninstall using WPs uninstall function.
“Deletion failed: Are you sure you want to do this?Please try again.”

Advice on how to get this plugin to work would be appreciated but so to help with uninstalling.
