Continue Button and Submit Button not appearing in Widgets

    Hi there,

    Thanks for a great plugin.

    The changes made to version 2.5.13 have caused the “Continue Button” and “Submit Button” for all donation forms to disappear in widgets for our theme. Other buttons seem to appear fine still.

    Could you please PM me, so I can show you our site? I don’t want to post the link publicly.

    Hi there,

    We are definitely happy to help here.

    I just tested widgets on a test site I have and was not able to replicate a problem. There is no Direct or Private message functionality here on the www.ads-software.com forums, but we’re happy to help if you contact us on our website:

    In that message, be sure to copy and paste your system info.

    Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    Another thing here: if you use the field on this support forum for the “site I need help with” it is only shown to support technicians for GiveWP and other forum moderators.

    We haven’t receive anything from you on our contact form, or here. we’re still definitely willing to get to the bottom of this, but we’ll need to see the problem live in order to troubleshoot.
