Continue reading button leads to error page

I am inserting a “read more” tag in my posts, and although the button shows up just fine on my homepage, clicking on it leads to a message that says, “Oops! That page cannot be found!” Why is this happening? It worked at first, but now I keep getting this message any time I click on any of my “Continue Reading” buttons. Please help!
