Continue Reading issues

    Hi everyone!
    I’ve reading and searching and trying everything I’ve found but I can’t reach to change the “Continue Reading” text button.
    I want to change it to spanish. I’m using Stout theme.
    I’ve tried:
    – customizing css code at “appareance”
    – replace code at Primer theme
    – installing several plugins
    – follow the steps that I’ve found at other posts

    Edit for adding this: I’ve also wanted to insert some description above the entries, is there a way?

    Any help?
