Continue shopping after cart updating

Hi I wonder if there’s a way to keep the ‘continue shopping’ button visible after updating the cart or refreshing the page. The way it works in Woocommerce is that it shows up only as you add a product but if the cart is updated after changing the item’s number or else…it disappears. In a way it’s like telling my customers ‘Hey, stop shopping on my site and go to checkout…’ ^__^
