    Hi there!

    First of all, thank you so much for your attention.

    A message has appeared telling me that I have to switch to a commercial license because my website is commercial and that it has been determined as such because we use Adsense, but we have not had Adsense activated for a long time nor do we make money with it, so we do not understand because suddenly this message appeared when Adsense is not working with us.

    This is the message: “

    Your site is identified as a commercial site, which is not eligible for a non-commercial license, reason(s) being ’Adsense’. If you think this is an error or you’ve removed the commercial identifier, please confirm the information below and reverify (maximum once every 24 hours)”.

    Best regards,

    Hi @freakelitiex –

    I looked at your site and see that the issue here is that your web site’s source code contains references to AdSense:

    <!-- Metaetiquetas de Google AdSense a?adidas por Site Kit -->

    <meta name="google-adsense-platform-account" content="__REDACTED__">
    <meta name="google-adsense-platform-domain" content="__REDACTED__">

    <!-- Acabar con las metaetiquetas de Google AdSense a?adidas por Site Kit -->

    You will need to remove that code to be able to use a non-commercial plan. You can then try reverifying.

    There may be other elements of your site that classify it as commercial (I didn’t give it a thorough look). You can read more in Should I choose a free or paid Jetpack Stats?plan?

    Let us know how it goes.
