Continue Your Purcchase Now link does not work

We use the plugin WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery. Is this a WooCommerce plugin that you support? We recently found that the link back to the item the customer left in the cart is not working. The “Continue Your Purchase Now” link is directed to: https://’https//universalmedicaldata.com/checkout/?wcf_ac_token=d2NmX3Nlc3Npb25faWQ9Nzk1YjFiNjA0MzBjOWY5YTE4Y2ExMDMwYTVhMGU2ZGYmd2NmX2NvdXBvbl9jb2RlPSZ3Y2ZfcHJldmlld19lbWFpbD0w’

This link cannot connect to the server.

Is this link created by you and/or how do I resolve this issue.
