Continuous loading problem

  • I have just received this website to work on and updated to 3.9.1. When opened first the WordPress will load normally, but after that it gets stuck in a loading loop when I click to do something. This happens no matter what I click and goes on indefinitely. Does anybody know why this happens and how to fix it?
