    Hello,

    For the last several weeks (ever since I made some price changes to my site), I am having problems with the price sync on FB on daily basis.

    Everyday I need to force a manual sync (which instantly shows the correct prices on facebook), but it only lasts for a day. (next day the old prices are there once again and the cycle starts all over…)

    I have tried to stop this madness by disabling the product sync (deleting the tick and saving the changes) but it still goes back to the old prices the next day.

    I have actually run out of options and need some help to resolve this, since it creates a daily price confusion for my clients.

    Please let me know what I need to do in order to resolve this issue. It is quite URGENT!

    This sounds as something is caching the old price or overriding the changes you are making on the product settings. Do you have any caching plugin enabled?

    I’d like to better understand your site. Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it here in your response.

    You can also use https://pastebin.com/ to remove any sensitive data.

    Once we have that information, we’ll be in a better place to help.

    Thanks for your response!

    I have seen this happening with some caching and security plugins, either overriding or blocking the changes from being saved. Can you please follow the steps below and let us know how it goes?

    * Enable debug mode: please go to Facebook plugin settings in wp-admin Marketing > Facebook and stay on the Connection tab, then scroll to the bottom to the Debug section.

    * Temporarily deactivate:

    Wordfence Security: by Wordfence – 7.5.9
    WP Rocket: by WP Media – 3.11.0.5

    * Also please temporarily deactivate your connection with Cloudflare

    * There is a small mismatch within the WooCommerce version and its DataBase. Can you update it to the latest version by going to WooCommerce> Status> Tools> Update database?

    Once the above is completed, update the price of your products and run a manual sync. If the issue persists, I’d be interested in checking any error logged from Facebook to know what exactly is causing it.

    Hi there,

    Our problem keeps reappearing on daily bases now .. actually, it changes all prices at the exact same time like 16.30 and lowers all our products prices by 10 units, regardless of the actual price (if the price is 74 it goes to 64, if 68 goes to 58 etc).
    We go to sync manually daily to fix it but it is quite frustrating.

    Please give us some suggestions on what we can do to get rid of this bug…

    Hello, Here is the link to the system report.. please lets resolve this issue as soon as possible .. I dontwhat else to do …

    One think that I wrote in my last msg is incorrect though. at 16.30 the prices go back to the old prices we had like 3-4 months ago…

    I understand that your product prices do not sync to Facebook automatically.

    Before we proceed could you please:

    WooCommerce: by Automattic – 6.6.1 (update to version 6.7.0 is available)

    WP Version: ? 5.9.3 – There is a newer version of WordPress available (6.0.1)

    Update your WooCommerce and WordPress core to the latest versions here is how to: https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-update-woocommerce/

    Could you disable your cache plugins and social plugins and specifically Monarch Plugin and see if the issue resolves?
