Continuous repetition

Hi there,
I use this plugin to show some link on a video (background header of a page) for specific period of times.
it’s okey till now and works fine but when video repeat my code not there any more.
I mean my text will show just from 00:00 to 00:10 and then not!
Now my question is here.
How can i do something to repeat my code every 40 seconds(for exp)?

It is not possible to repeat a rule every 40 seconds.
Server side rules are intended to show or hide content during specified times depending on when the user requests a page or post. The repetition can only be done once a day but not more often – and this would not make sense anyway, since the page has to be refreshed anyway.
Client side rules on the other hand only hide or show content after a given delay since Timed Contend is not a complex multimedia solution to program interactive content.
What you need is a custom solution programmed with JavaScript which can can not be provided by Timed Content.
