    I know we’re not supposed to reask the questions that are unanswered but I am having a really hard time with why this is happening to my online store. I just need some help!

    Looks like you are using the Newsmag theme version 1.1. Version 1.2 introduced WooCommerece support, and the theme is now at version 2.1. That’s a lot of fixes, though I can’t say if one is relevant to this problem. If updating, take a backup first.
