Continuous Visitors from a site

  • Hello,
    I have noticed in Google Analytic for one website which I manage, that a lot of visitors are visiting that website from two networks (Referrals) i.e.
    buttons-from-website.com and floating-share-buttons.com
    Visitors staying time on website is 00:00 and day by day, the visitors rate is increasing. I am not sure, What to do or what is the remedy for this issue.
    Kindly give me a proper solution for this problem.
