    Dear Wordfence Support Team,

    After running a scan with Wordfence, I began receiving alert emails indicating some problems. These alert emails are being sent continuously every 2 minutes. I’ve been receiving them for over 2 hours, and they all contain the same message: “[Wordfence Alert] Problems found.”

    I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to stop these continuous alert emails as soon as possible. If there’s any additional information you need from me, please let me know.

    • Wordfence Version: 7.10.6

    Hello @correctsurffit, and thanks for reaching out to us.

    If you navigate to Wordfence > All Options > Email Alert Preferences, you will see a series of checkboxes titled “Email me when…”. and “Alert me when…“.

    Could you please adjust the setting for “Alert me with scan results of this severity level or greater” to High.  You can also set that Wordfence can send per hour under “Maximum email alerts to send per hour”. Don’t forget to press the SAVE button when done.
