Continuously locked out from invalid login attempts

We are being locked out from invalid login attempts from user accounts … We ban the originating IPs detailed in the ithemes security logs each time, but they keep coming…

We are spending a lot of time in mysql deleting itsec entries…

All WP and plugins updated.

Any similar experiences or help offered is appreciated
