Continuously Looping Hero Video

We’re trying to out a continuously looping video on the Front Page Hero of this site. It’s working well but there is a black screen delay each time before it loops back to the beginning.
I’ve hosted the image within the WordPress installation and outside of it within our web hosting and got the same. Not tried YouTube yet, (I have now – the same) but wondered whether it was just because the video is too big to load immediately (it’s 25MB) or whether this was just something that was unavoidable.
I’ve also put a still of the beginning of the video in as the Video Poster because I though that might help, but no…The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
