Plugin will cache around couple hundred files and then purge everything on its own. I even set it to purge after 24 months, it still purges on its own. Any time I leave the plugin settings page and go back to the page, it purged everything. Minify stays, cache does not.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • @energytoday Do you have any other cache mechanism on the server? If so could you please disable the cache and keep only WP-Optimize cache on and check if it helps to fix the issue?

I figured out it clears the cache any time anything is changed/saved on the site, saving settings on any plugin, new posts, drafts, trashed, new plugins, deactivating plugins. It clears just saving setting in general settings with out changing anything.

Ive tried many different cache plugins and this one is the only one that has this issue.

I do have JetPack boost for css and images, I deactivated it and the cache still clears.

Normally I would move on to a different plugin but this one hands down out performs others. At one point I had 99 on desktop, 87 on mobile for googles speed test with no issues. Its not there now as Im trying to figure out this issue. I just need it to stop clearing the cache.

    @ energytoday
i used to get them kind of google speed test scores too but not on any new version within the past few months

I’m using an old version now and every issue people are having has gone in older versions

right now I have a google page speed of 99 for desktop and 91 for mobile

version that works well for me is Version 3.2.1 and I’m staying with it now until things inprove

@energytoday Have you performed a conflict test yet?

Try deactivating all plugins except for WP-Optimize and see if you still messages in error log file.

If so, reactivate each plugin one at a time until you find the culprit. You can check for the issue between activating each plugin, so you can see which one is causing problems.

Please let us know your findings.
