    Hi,

great plugin, but I’m having the following problem:

Labels don’t appear when i set up a condition for a user assigned to a number of products. It works only for the main admin but for all products. I changed roles for the specific user with no luck.

My condition is User -> equal to -> specific user

I have installed the “Entity viewer” plugin which displays props for debugging. The result shows the post_author value of “1” (the admin). The specific user has a value of “36”.

    Can you please support?

    Regards,
    Stathis

    Hi,

So, as I understand, you want to create a label condition to show the label only for products with specific user assigned.

If so, then the problem is that the User label condition is not about product user, but about currently logged-in user.

So, for example, when you set condition like

User -> equal to -> Cool user

Label fill show only for logged-in user with name Cool user.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

Ok, now i understand the point. I thought the rule was public.

So, i tested for the logged-in user and it works, but those labels are visible to all products, not only for those that are assigned to that user.

Anyway, i’m not interested in this feature anymore because it doesn’t meet my criteria.

In detail, I’m interested in applying labels to specific products assigned to a taxonomy, for an attribute or a brand taxonomy.?

For example, i want to apply a discount to 100 products assigned to a brand and make it public for all users.

Can you please guide me on how to do it?

Well it is very simple to achieve.

So, for example, you want to show the label for all products that have a specific taxonomy. You just need to create following condition rule:

Product taxonomy -> Taxonomy name -> equal to -> Taxonomy term name

    Hi,

The product taxonomy condition rule isn’t included in the free version, so i need the pro version of the plugin.

    Thanks for your support.
