    By default, only admins have access to the reports. Check the settings (Permissions tab) to change that.

    Thanks for being so quick in your reply.
    I am loving the support like i love the plugin buddy.

    However i have already set the permissions level as it should be. Like i said it was working before but not anymore.

    These are my settings

    Restrict Authors: Yes

    Capability: Read

    And that author has posts that have pageviews associated to them, right?

    ofcourse he has one store listing that is being clicked on, viewed , hit since 5+ days, i can bet it got some 50+ clicks yesterday only. some 10-15 today

    Just to confirm as an admin i can see this contributors/subscribers page is getting hits since 15 April. i can count 23 .

    This ain’t resolved yet. I think you should have asked me to either start a new ticket or tried to be honest and said , sorry we are unable to fix it.

    Yeah i do know and trust me i’m addicted to this plugin now. I can’t believe my site would be complete without this marvelous feature in my dashboard.

    Again i must admit i’m planning to buy the premium support and even thought for a small donation to help you buy a coffee , but then the missing reports happened. Well i’ve not changed my mind about the donation.

    Also do direct me to the page so i could see different support plans you guys got.

    While you fix the issue, do you advise me to bring down the plugin version?
    i believe it was working with 3.5.7-3.5.9
