    I had forgot an important thing to mention. The subscribers were seeing reports quite well before i installed a plugin called “Admin Menu Editor Pro”. This plugin hides certain menu options for the set roles.

    Could it be possible that it caused the issues?

    Unfortunately There isno change.
    As i can recall , the plugin started going wayward after i updated it .
    The current plugin version is 3.6.1 and i can bet tha 3.5.9 worked great for me.
    Should i delete 3.6.1 and re install 3.5.9

    I don’t mind loosing the stats data I have now, what i want is a seemless working reports for future as i go live in 2 weeks.

    I have sent ya an email for paid support but got no reply since 2 days .
    I see ya reply very quick over here than there.

    You can simply overwrite the files. Uninstalling will delete all the data.

    Tried this too, but it is not working .
    When i uncheck the checkbox under permissions , then the contributor can see the stats of whole site quite well, but when i put it so he sees just his post stats only, it stops to work.

    What is news about paid support?
    Should i be worried that it is not being fixed. i don’t want to deactivate this plugin ??

    Now I am waiting for your response. I am very tense about this thing and this is just giving me a tough time.
    I reverted back to 3.5.9 , but no luck.

    Here is Update

    i had probably started using your plugin from 3.5.7 or 3.5.8
    Today as i saw other choice , i deleted your plugin, removed its tables from database, did a fresh install of 3.6.2 and it works now.
