Contributor's Photo Not Appearing In Comments

Hi. I run a site called https://www.BayBusinessHelp.com.
My photo and 3 of the other contributor’s photos all show up if/when we make a comment on the site. One contributor’s photo is not showing up in the comments. Any idea what’s wrong?[Duplicate.
