Control panel settings disappear

  • After doing a restart of the store, the control panel settings disappeared from the left side, how can I restore them, please help

    hello….

    The store has been reset by plugins reset
And delete everything, including the control panel by mistake
Yes, there is a backup
But I don't need it
I just need to restore the control panel
