Control what happens after the form has sucessfully been sent

Is there a way to control what happens after a successful sending of the form through email? Twould be great to redirect the user to another page on the site after a modal box thanking them for submitting the form. Is this a feature already built in and I haven’t been able to find? Great plugin though, Im really excited to see the new features you’ve mentioned Jazzy
