Controlling Older Posts navigation

We have had a problem with the destination of our ‘Older posts’ navigation and I’m keen to solve.

eg if you go to any sub folder of our site, eg

https://www.e-architect.co.uk/korea

and scroll down to click on ‘Older posts’

instead of showing you the next batch of posts chronologically, it goes to

https://www.e-architect.co.uk/architects/page-park/2

I tried renaming the above post as it is the word page in it which must be the reason for the gremlin, but that doesn’t work, it defaults to a similar page, and if I delete that then it goes to a 404 page.
