  • I’ve had a couple of requests about this so will have a play.

I can offer an option to put the form on the right in place of the map/image but that’s not really a good solution.

Adding a sidebar widget could work but you then have the problem with the form appearing on non-event pages/posts.

    There is a workaround…

Install my contact form plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/quick-contact-form/

This looks like the registration form (but with a load more features) and comes with a sidebar widget. All you have to do is set the form up with the same fields and tell it to add the page title to the email subject. I will put a blog post together explaining exactly how to do this.

Your contact form looks great and I just installed it. Thanks.
How can I expand the event screen and place the contact form besides the tab headers at the right

Here is the link for you to see what I mean, currently form is at the bottom of event and it doe not look right since it is a registration form, thanks

Looking at your site you apepasr to be using a grid layout.

This makes life a little more complex as you need to set up your template to have two columns with the events in the left column and the contact form in the right. I can’t help much more with this as I don’t know how your theme is set up.

Hi, it is out of the box Responsive Theme from Cyberchimp. THe only page giving me trouble customizing is the Event page, any ideas please thanks

Not my favourite theme but I have downloaded and installed on a test site.

A added the contact form widget to the main sidebar and create an event. The event shows on the left and the form displays in the sidebar so all good.

The problem you have is only displaying the form on events. It’s an easy fix on most themes but not with the one you have chosen. Ideally you need to create a template called single-event.php and set it up to display the contact form in the sidebar.

Hi, I just installed your plugin.
How can I change the value for the shown email address in the registration form? Can I set an individual address or where does it take it from?
    Thanks for your support.

It only shows when you are logged in. There will be an option to disable this at the next update. If you log out you won’t see the email anymore.
