    To view conversation information, follow these steps:
    – Go to your IBM Cloud Dashboard – https://cloud.ibm.com/resources;
    – Click on your Watson Assistant service name in Services list;
    – Click “Launch Watson Assistant”;
    – Click on your Assistant;
    – On the Assistant tab, сlick on Dialog Skill;
    – On the Dialog Skill tab, select “Analytics” from the menu on the left (sample screenshot);
    – You can familiarize yourself with the general information of conversations in the “Overview” tab or view the full history of conversations in the “User conversations” tab.

    You can also enable the collection of chat history in Advanced Plugin Features on the “Chat History” tab and view it from the database using SQL queries.
