Conversations Chat Widget Does Not Appear on Desktop

  • After installing the plugin and adding the chat widget, it appears for mobile visitors but never for visitors on desktop. Is there a setting that I should flick on?

    Hello @georgemainaone,

    There is no option to enable/disable the chat widget on desktop viewports.

    Please check your site’s source code for the container:
    <div id="brevo-conversations"
    Make sure that there are no other elements/containers
    with a higher z-index value than the above-mentioned one.

    If the container/code is not loading at all, you would need to get in touch with the technical support of Brevo:
