since I started to use Woocommerce payment gateway, my conversion rate went down dramatically, I got about a thousand click recently and end up with only sale that’s extremely unusual, I tried to buy from myself, and it seems to work fine, and I tried to use a random credit card information and the payment got declined as it should be and was tracked and showed in the panel. so, I guess all the orderes are being tracked just fine but I still see no attempts to buy, there’s nothing wrong with my store it’s optimized and very fast.
what I am guessing the issue is the WooCommerce payments credit card forum fields in the checkout page take a long time to load, at least 5 seconds and the browser fezzes for a few seconds when I am in the checkout page, so I’d guess that’s the issue, maybe people are leaving before the credit card forum loads or when their browser freezes

anyone having the same issue or knows the solution ?

    Hi there @azden003 ??

Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!
From what I gather, the card information fields at the checkout page of your store appear to load with a delay, you are guessing, therefore this might be resulting in lost sales.

In order to investigate things further, could you write back the URL of your store, please?

Also, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.?

Additionally, could you also provide us with the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Once you’ve copied each, you can either paste them in your response here, or use https://pastebin.com/ for pasting it there and sharing it with us.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
