    I have used The WGA plugin for a few weeks without any problems. But last week I had to enable Enhanced eCommerce tracking. After enabling this in both my GA account and the plugin my transactions aren’t recorded, where everything worked fine before.

    The strange thing is that every step untill checkout is working just fine but instead of registering the checkout it registers as an interrupted checkout.

    Hi @ganzsz,

    If I understand correctly, everything was tracking fine on your site prior to enabling Enhanced eCommerce.

    Now that you have Enhanced eCommerce enabled, everything is being tracked correctly except for transactions. Your transactions are registering as an interrupted checkout.

    As a next step, could you please go to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and see if you have any fatal-error logs with an error timestamp that matches one of these interrupted checkouts?

    Sadly I don’t have any errors showing in my log that coincides with an order.

    Most of the time that happens because the server times out.

    1) Preparing mails and waiting for your server to send them can cause this.
    2) Your server timing out on executing PHP may also cause this.

    If there is no error log available, I would keep an eye on it and see if it happens again. Unless an error shows up recurringly or often I think you don’t have to worry much.
