The plugin now offers to convert all MyISAM tables to InnoDB, and won’t proceed with the rekeying until they are converted.

This needs to be more selective.

    Coming in Version 1.2.0.

Any of the big six tables (comments, posts, postmeta, usermeta, termmeta) can have the high-performance keys added once they are converted to use InnoDB. You can choose not to convert other tables, and still get the benefit of the high-performance keys in the big six.
